These terms govern remote services provided by TDC. By booking or using our site, you agree to them.

1) Services

We provide remote diagnostics, configuration, and remediation for streaming, audio, network, and related workflows. Scope and expected outcomes are agreed during intake.

You authorize TDC to access your system via secure tools (e.g., AnyDesk) solely to perform the agreed work. You may terminate access at any time. Sessions may be recorded for quality and proof of work.

Custom assets/configs we create for you may include open-source or vendor-licensed components. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables in your workflow.

8) Age & locality

You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. Service availability may vary by region/export controls.

9) Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted here.
