These terms govern remote services provided by TDC. By booking or using our site, you agree to them.
1) Services
We provide remote diagnostics, configuration, and remediation for streaming, audio, network, and related
workflows. Scope and expected outcomes are agreed during intake.
2) Scheduling & payments
- All fixes are pre-paid (Cash App or other listed methods in your intake confirmation).
- Once payment is confirmed, we schedule and begin triage.
- Prices shown on the site/catalog are estimates; final pricing depends on scope and complexity.
3) Refunds
- If we cannot reproduce or resolve the agreed issue after best-effort work, we’ll offer either
(a) a targeted re-attempt at no charge, or (b) a partial refund reflecting time/materials already spent.
- No refunds for issues outside the agreed scope, user-caused changes after completion, or third-party outages.
- Digital deliverables (configs, scenes, assets) are non-returnable once delivered.
4) Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate info, timely responses, and stable internet during sessions.
- Backup critical data before we begin. We recommend restore points where applicable.
- Maintain legal licenses for all software/content in your environment.
5) Remote access consent
You authorize TDC to access your system via secure tools (e.g., AnyDesk) solely to perform the agreed work.
You may terminate access at any time. Sessions may be recorded for quality and proof of work.
6) Warranties & limitations
- Services are provided “as-is / best-effort.” We cannot guarantee performance beyond factors we don’t control
(ISPs, platforms, third-party software, hardware age/condition).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7) Intellectual property
Custom assets/configs we create for you may include open-source or vendor-licensed components. Upon full payment,
you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables in your workflow.
8) Age & locality
You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. Service availability may vary by region/export controls.
9) Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted here.
